Let’s be honest, visibility is rarely comfortable.

It’s messy, confronting, and vulnerable.

But it’s also where the magic happens.

This past month cracked me open in all the best ways, and I want to share what’s unfolded—because chances are, you’ve been feeling the pull to be seen too… just maybe not in the loud, performative way we see all over social media.

This is about showing up soul-first, even when it’s hard AF.

“Visibility is vulnerability. But it’s also the portal to your impact.”

Stepping Into the Room

(Even When You Want to Run)

A few weeks ago, I drove up to Brisbane to attend a photography workshop.

And full transparency? I almost didn’t get out of the car.

That old voice in my head came roaring back:

What if I’m not good enough? What if I say something dumb? What if I stand out for all the wrong reasons?

But here’s the thing about growth—it rarely shows up when you’re comfy.

So I took a deep breath, fixed my ponytail, and walked in.

And that decision?

It changed everything.

I walked out of that workshop more confident in my photography skills, more connected to a community of creatives, and more committed to helping soul-led women be seen in their full power.

Visibility In Real Life:

Jess Bemrose

At the same time, I was working behind the scenes with a powerhouse client and friend: Jess Bemrose (pictured above),

Jess is a HYROX athlete, a mum of 4, and a force of nature who came to me with one goal:

She was ready to be seen.

We crafted a visibility plan that wasn’t about faking it or forcing it—it was about showing up authentically, consistently, and strategically.

And let me tell you: she delivered.

Since our work together began, Jess has:

  • Been filmed by Skyliine Films
  • Landed an ambassadorship with Infraheal
  • Headed to HYROX Worlds in Chicago on June 14th
  • Is in talks with several new sponsorships

Jess didn’t wait until she “felt ready.”

She moved through the discomfort, trusted the process, and is now seeing the exact doors she dreamed of start to open.

5 Ways to Show Up When It’s Hard AF

Write the post, even if your hand shakes.

Channel your higher self. The version of you who already said yes.

Ask. For support. For connection. For the damn collaboration.

Follow through. Keep the promises you make to yourself.

Document over perform. Let it be real, not perfect.

The 10-Day Rejection Challenge I Didn’t Know I Needed

Inspired by my clients (and a little nudge from the universe), I decided to do something bold and ridiculous:

I gave myself 10 days to get rejected. On purpose.

The goal?

To stretch my edges. To stop waiting. To build resilience through asking, whether for collaborations, visibility opportunities, or wild ideas that might just land.

I’ll be honest, it’s been humbling.

But it’s also been hilarious, freeing, and empowering.

Here's what I’ve learned so far:

You build confidence not by waiting to be chosen, but by asking anyway.

The worst outcome is silence. The best? A wild, unexpected yes.

Showing up with courage beats showing up with perfection, every single time.

Final Thoughts

Showing up isn’t always pretty.

It’s raw. It’s edgy. And yes, it can be awkward.

But it’s also the gateway to alignment, abundance, and impact.
